The View and Lissie added to Hard Rock Calling 2013

THE View and Lissie are among seven new acts added to this year’s Hard Rock Calling 2013.

They will be joined by Lawson, Flamin Groovies, Mayer Hawthornem, Yellowire and China Rats at the event’s new home at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on June 29 and 30.

American folk singer Lissie, rock pop foursome Lawson, new wave pioneers Flamin Groovies and neo soul artist Mayer Hawthorne will be joining the bill on Sunday, June 30.

While Scottish indie rockers The View, hotly tipped band Yellowire and Leeds four piece China Rats will be hitting the stage on Saturday, June 29.

Additional artists already confirmed for the festival include Paul Weller, The Black Crowes, The Cribs, Miles Kane, Klaxons, Alabama Shakes plus many more, making this the greatest rock event of the Summer.

The acts join previously announced headliners Kasabian and Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band on the Saturday and Sunday respectively.
