The Wombats announce special Royal Albert Hall show

THE Wombats have announced a very special one-off show at London’s Royal Albert Hall on May 23, 2008.

Due to the huge demand for their London date at Brixton Academy on May 3, The Wombats have decided to treat fans to a unique night at the prestigious London venue.

The performance will be different from anything the band have ever done before and with a whole barrage of surprises planned – details of which will be announced soon – this promises to be a momentous night for fans.

Tickets for the show will go on sale at 9am on February 1 and formal attire for the night is requested.

The Wombats are Matthew Murphy (vocals, guitar, keyboard), Tord Øverland Knudsen (bass, vocals) and Dan Haggis (drums, vocals).
