Them Crooked Vultures announce debut UK tour

THEM Crooked Vultures, the new super-group featuring members of Foo Fighters, Queens Of The Stone Age and Led Zeppelin, have announced their first UK tour this December (2009).

The band – comprised of Dave Grohl, Josh Homme and John Paul Jones – will play a total of six dates, culminating with a night at London’s Hammersmith Apollo.

Having made a hugely successful live debut in Chicago last month, the group has since supported the Arctic Monkeys at Brixton Academy and played secret shows at the Reading and Leeds festivals.

Tickets for the shows are limited to four per applicant and they go on sale on Friday, September 4, 2009.

The tour dates are (all December 2009):

10 – Plymouth, Pavilions
11 – Portsmouth, Guildhall
13 – Blackpool, Empress Ballroom
14 – Birmingham, O2 Academy
15 – Edinburgh, Corn Exchange
17 – London, Hammersmith Apollo
