TO celebrate Up at The O2’s first birthday, Jared Leto’s Thirty Seconds to Mars will be performing an acoustic set on the roof of the The O2 Arena at 2pm on Tuesday, June 18, 2013.

The band, who are performing at The O2 on November 23 as part of a nationwide tour, have recently had a hit single with Up in the Air, taken from their top five album LOVE LUST FAITH + DREAMS.

Thirty Seconds to Mars will be the first band to play on the roof since 2010 when Bon Jovi performed on the iconic space.

Up at The O2, The O2’s roof walk experience, opened on June 21, 2012 and is an attraction that is 52 metres high at it peak. It is celebrating its first anniversary on Friday (June 21) and will be close to welcoming its 100,000th guest in the coming weeks.
