AMY Winehouse is to play this summmer’s V Festival as part of a star-studded line-up that also includes Muse, Stereophonics, Kaiser Chiefs and The Verve.

The festival, which takes place in Chelmsford and Staffordshire on August 16 and 17, will be headlined by Muse on one day and by The Verve the next. The bands will alternate between venues on the Saturday and the Sunday. Exact slots have yet to be confirmed.
