Chuck and V renewed for fourth and second seasons

FAN favourite Chuck has been renewed for a fourth season by NBC, while ABC’s V will get a sophomore run.
Both shows are created by Warner Bros. and had been the source of mounting speculation owing to borderline ratings.
But Chuck survived for a fourth run thanks to its steady Monday night performance, ahead of Heroes, which has subsequently been axed
The network would also have been impressed by the continuing support from fans, who staged themed ‘flash mobs’ in at least four US cities to demonstrate their support for the show. Find out more
ABC’s V update also got renewed after performing “steadily” in the US on Tuesday nights after Lost.
Both shows are now expected to receive 13-episode orders.
