According to Daniel Cotton (Philip Glenister, Life on Mars), there are three battles that shape our lives: nature versus nurture; free will versus destiny; and City versus United. But his life is about to change forever.

The date is 15 June 1996, an ordinary Saturday in Manchester. England is preparing to play Scotland in the Euros. Daniel has brought together his adoptive brother Robbo (Steven Mackintosh, Luther) and father Samuel (Bernard Hill, Titanic) in the hope of healing a family rift, when they are caught up in a massive terrorist attack and from this moment Daniel’s life will never be the same again.

Spanning four years, From There to Here brings to life a family, a city and an era in an unforgettable way.

Written by BAFTA-winning writer Peter Bowker (Occupation) and directed by James Strong (Broadchurch), From There To Here also stars Saskia Reeves (Wallander) and Liz White (Line of Duty).

The series features a superb soundtrack with an original music score by I Am Kloot, supervised by Rob da Bank.
