Ray Donovan

Story by Jack Foley

LIEV Schreiber drama Ray Donovan is to air on Sky Atlantic in the UK.

The show, which premieres on Showtime in the US on June 30, follows Schreiber’s title character, a professional fixer who solves problems for LA’s rich and famous

His life becomes complicated, however, when his convict father (played by Jon Voight) is released from prison.

Eddie Marsan, James Woods, Elliott Gould, Peter Jacobson and Steven Bauer are also among the ensemble, as are Katherine Moennig and Paula Malcomson.

The series, which is being viewed by Showtime as a possible high profile replacement for Dexter once it finishes its eighth season, is created and executive produced by Ann Biderman (of Southland, NYPD Blue fame).

Sky Atlantic intends to air the drama in July.
