MACAULAY Culkin is to join the ensemble cast of American Horror Story: Season 10.

The former Home Alone child star will line up alongside AHS stalwarts Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters, who did not feature in season nine for the first time.

Season 10 also welcomes back previous season stars Kathy Bates, Billie Lourd, Finn Wittrock, Lily Rabe, Adina Porter, Leslie Grossman and Angelica Ross.

Culkin, whose previous TV work has been mainly guest appearances on shows like Dollface, Robot Chicken and Kings, will be making his first series-regular role on television.

Ryan Murphy, the showrunner and co-creator of American Horror Story, shared the casting news with an Instagram video of what resembles the opening credits, showing the cast names to the tune of Orville Peck’s Dead of Night.

American Horror Story is FX’s most-watched original series. The anthology recently nabbed a three-season renewal, which will guarantee the drama through to a 13th season.

Season 10 will premiere in autumn 2020. As yet, no plot details have been revealed.
