The new line-up includes David Kirkbride (as Robert), Ross Green (Chris), Ciara Morris (Annie), Milo Clarke (Max), Michael Keane (Dennis), Blayar Benn (Trevor), Elan James (Jonathan) and Ellie Morris (Sandra).

Understudies are Tom Bulpett, Oliver Clayton, Leah Penston, Antonia Salib and Jack Michael Stacey.

The Play That Goes Wrong introduces audiences to ‘The Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society’ who are attempting to put on a 1920’s murder mystery. But as the title suggests, everything that can go wrong… does, as the accident prone thespians battle on against the odds to get to their final curtain call.

Awarded the 2014 WhatsOnStage Award for Best New Comedy, the 2015 Olivier Award for Best New Comedy and a Tony Award for the Broadway transfer, The Play That Goes Wrong continues to delight audiences in the West End.

The show’s success is a testament to the hard work and determination of a group of drama school graduates who became friends, set up a company under the name ‘Mischief’ and created an extraordinary body of work.

The Play That Goes Wrong shows no signs of slowing down since its first performance at a London fringe venue with only four paying customers. Since then, it has played to an audience of over two million and now has productions in over 30 countries.

The Play That Goes Wrong is co-written by Mischief Theatre company members Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer and Henry Shields and is directed by Mark Bell, with set designs by Nigel Hook, costumes by Roberto Surace, lighting by Ric Mountjoy and sound design by Andy Johnson. It is produced in the West End by Kenny Wax Ltd and Stage Presence Ltd.

Mischief Theatre’s new production, Groan Ups, is currently playing at the Vaudeville Theatre as part of their residency. It is followed by Magic Goes Wrong in December 2019.

Mischief’s other productions include The Comedy About A Bank Robbery at the Criterion Theatre and Peter Pan Goes Wrong at Alexandra Palace this Christmas.

Their debut television series The Goes Wrong Show will premiere on BBC One later this year. The company is led by Artistic Director Henry Lewis and Company Director Jonathan Sayer.

The off-Broadway production of The Play That Goes Wrong is running at New World Stages in New York, where it is currently booking until May 24, 2020.
