DREAM, an operatic adventure, runs at the Cochrane Theatre from Tuesday, January 19 to Saturday, January 23, 2010.
Also a unique promenade performance, Dream is based on Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Henry Purcell’s Faerie Queen.
It’s performed by four professional opera singers, four actors and 13 student designers in seven locations in and around the Cochrane Theatre.
Dream is a collaboration between the BA Performance Design & Practice course at Central Saint Martins College (part of University of the Arts London), English Pocket Opera Company, Music Platform, and four local primary schools.
