Future Cinema presents Who Framed Roger Rabbit at the Troxy
Preview by Lizzie Guilfoyle
FUTURE Cinema, from Secret Cinema, is presenting a Valentine’s Special with the live immersive experience of Who Framed Roger Rabbit at the Troxy – from February 14 (Valentine’s Day) to February 23, 2014.
Following the success of their recent productions of Ghostbusters, Casablanca and Saturday Night Fever, Future Cinema will transform the Troxy into the famous Ink and Paint Club where the coolest movers and shakers sway to the seductive voice of Miss Jessica Rabbit.
Audiences will become part of Toontown’s underworld, heading to the Ink and Paint Club for jazzy tunes, a smoke-filled atmosphere and dirty cocktails, where Toontown’s sleaziest members of the underworld go about their dirty business.
Creating large-scale cultural experiences, Future Cinema fuses film, music, theatre and installations. Audiences explore ultra-immersive worlds where fiction and reality blur.
Secret Cinema is famed for taking audiences on multi-sensory rides that have become genuine ‘Don’t Miss’ events. The creators of Secret Cinema also operate as an agency, bringing talent to creative projects and developing innovative experiential campaigns for brands, new releases and other third parties.
Tickets: £43.50 standard; £31.50 concession; £15 children (matinees only) – available online at www.futurecinema.co.uk/tickets.
NB: Evening shows are 18+ events, matinees are PG.
