Professor Hallux Alive! - Chickenshed
Preview by Lizzie Guilfoyle
CHICKENSHED Theatre and Fun Kids, the digital radio station created just for kids, are presenting a brand new and hugely entertaining educational show for 7 – 11 year olds.
Entitled Professor Hallux Alive!, it will be performed at the Southgate venue on Saturday, September 28 and Saturday, October 5, 2013.
Professor Hallux has been building a body, but there’s a problem! Together with his brilliant assistant, Nurse Nanobot, he must check through every component – from the brain, heart and lungs to the eyeballs, nails and teeth – to work out just what’s gone wrong.
Developed by the team behind Tales from the Shed, Professor Hallux Alive! is based on Fun Kids’ hugely successful and informative radio show, Professor Hallux Builds A Body.
In this multi-media production that boasts bags of participation and fun, audience members get the chance to meet characters from medicine’s past and present as well as discovering more about how the body works.
