CASA Festival 2015 - Rich Mix

DURING the early part of October, Rich Mix is presenting the CASA Festival.

Montserrat – Upstairs on Friday, October 2 (with post show Q+A and dinner) and Saturday, October 3 at 7.30pm. Tickets: £30 with post show dinner, £15, £12 adv.

CASA opens with the UK premiere of Montserrat by Mexican company Lagartijas Tiradas al Sol. When Gabino was six, his mother died. Years later he set out to retrace her life and journey across the world. This is that story. It’s a thriller.

The Day of Debate: Mexican Theatre and Politics – Upstairs on Saturday, October 3 at 11am. Free.

A day of performance, film and debate exploring theatre and politics in Mexico today. Presented in association with Alborada.

Winner – CASA Scratch Night 2014. A poetic, inventive and visual show about Mexico’s pandemic violence against women and those still searching for the remnants of their loved ones.
