THE cast of Friends could well remain there for us for a little
while longer yet, it seems.
According to a report on movie website, IMDB, the popular ensemble
cast have been given a record breaking $2 million each to make
a reunion special that takes place one year after the current
seasons finale.
All six stars - Jennifer Anniston, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc,
David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow - have allegedly
agreed to film a single 90- minute special, which will be completed
right after shooting finishes on the last ever episode of the
Manhattan-based comedy.

A spokesperson for television network NBC confirmed: "We
knew it would be tough to get the Friends stars together again
once they'd gone their separate ways. So we put an offer on the
table to persuade them to film the reunion right away."
The plot of the one-off special is said to feature the friends
coming together for a Thanksgiving dinner, and will be screened
in conjunction with the holiday, in America, during November.
It will also pave the way for the spin-off series, Joey, which
will feature the character of Joey (LeBlanc) in a series of LA-based
adventures of his own. That show is said to be courting some of
the characters popular previous liaisons to return, including
former love interest and flat-mate, Elle Macpherson.
