27 Dresses finds Katherine Heigl starring as Jane, a wedding co-ordinator with the hots for her boss (Edward Burns), who finds herself heartbroken when her sister (Malin Akerman) snaps him up in front of her. Forced to play wedding-maker (and bridesmaid for the umpteenth time), Jane sets about doing her best for the happy couple, all the while oblivious to the advances of a cynical wedding journalist (Marsden) who becomes intrigued by her wedding obsession.
