Leicester Square in London was taken over by Will Smith and his family on Thursday, July 15, 2010, as they attended the UK premiere of their son, Jaden’s, new film The Karate Kid. Hundreds of fans turned out to greet co-producers (and mum and dad), Jada Pinkett and Will Smith, as well as Jaden himself, and the film’s co-star, martial arts legend Jackie Chan, and director, Harald Zwart.
