Vixen - production images

PRODUCTION images have been released of Vixen. Silent Opera’s stunning reimagining of Leoš Janáček’s The Cunning Little Vixen, an immersive, promenade production staged in several connecting rooms beneath Waterloo Station, it runs until June 10, 2017.

In this version, Vixen is a young runaway girl on the streets of London. As she begs for help, she is abducted by a man known as The Forester. But as she tries to escape, she becomes the hunted, in a world that has no place for her…

Vixen, adapted by Daisy Evans, Stephen Higgins and Max Pappenheim, is an unforgettable tale of love, life and loss, performed in English. With live singers and musicians mixed with a pre-recorded orchestra delivered directly into individual headsets, it is opera like you’ve never experienced it before.
