TWO nights of music, comedy and dance are being promised at London's
Astoria on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 1
& 2, in aid of Save The Children's Children of the
Tsunami Appeal.
Organised by Rhys Ifans, Samantha Morton and friends, the line-up
(which has yet to be properly confirmed) will be split between
premier rock and indie acts, top comedians and a late-night show
featuring a sterling selection of dance acts.

Musical acts to have been confirmed
so far include Primal Scream, Spiritualised, Graham Coxon (pictured),
Ed Harcourt, Aphex Twin and Supergrass.
While comedians including Eddie Izzard, Rob Brydon, Stephen Fry
and David Walliams are also expected to attend.
Tickets for the event cost just £30 per night, with all
proceeds going to the Children of Tsunami Appeal.
Prior to that, on Monday, January 24, Drowned in Sound
is presenting a fundraising night in aid of the Tsunami Relief
Fund at The Marquee, 1 Leicester Square (Entry, £6).
Paul Epworth, producer of some repute (Bloc Party, Futureheads,
Streets etc), has invited a set of acts that he really likes,
including Kano, Battle and DJ Paul Epworth.
