Frozen 2 - Disney unveil first-look trailer
From the Academy Award®-winning team – directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, and producer Peter Del Vecho – and featuring the voices of Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad, and the music of Oscar®-winning songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Frozen 2 opens in UK cinemas this November.
The first film was loosely based on Hans Christian Andersen’s The Ice Queen but plot details remain scarce for the follow-up, which promises to see Elsa, her sister Anna, plus Olaf the snowman and Anna’s love interest Kristoff, embarking on an all-new adventure away from their magical kingdom.
The first Frozen grossed $876m worldwide and won two Oscars (for best animated film and best song for Let It Go). So, anticipation is at fever pitch for this belated sequel.
Frozen II is due for release on November 22, 2019, in the US and UK
