Uncut Gems is a Safdie Brothers film starring Adam Sandler, Kevin Garnett, Idina Menzel, Lakeith Stanfield, Julia Fox and Eric Bogosian.
The film follows a jewellery dealer (Sandler) to the rich and famous, who must find a way to pay his debts when his merchandise is taken from one of his top sellers and girlfriend.
The film had its world premiere at the Telluride Film Festival, before also playing at Toronto, where it has earned some of the best reviews of Sandler’s career. Indeed, there’s even talk of a potential Oscar nomination for him.
Uncut Gems is coming to UK cinemas soon.
