Twilight UK Premiere Gallery
Despite freezing conditions, the UK premiere of teen-vampire romance phenomenon Twilight was packed out, as close to 4,000 screaming fans – some of whom had waited to see the stars since 3am – turned Leicester Square into a vampire love-fest on Wednesday, December 3, 2008. The Twilight premiere was one of the top Leicester Square turnouts ever, with the decibels reaching beyond Leicester Square, as far as Trafalgar Square! British star Robert Pattinson (recently voted People magazine’s second sexiest man of 2008) and co-star Kristen Stewart made their way among the excited fans on the red carpet, alongside director Catherine Hardwicke and many special guests.
